APW began carrying out customer service works for Rationel back in 2007. Rationel had secured a huge project in Birmingham called Park Central and we assisted with addressing various works ranging from;
- Window/Door handle changes.
- Door lock drill outs.
- Changing window/door espags.
- Replacing glass.
- Window conversions/configuration changes.
- Window/Door adjustments.
- Window/Door repairs.
- Assistance with client handover/commissioning.
Since 2007 we have grown with Rationel and now provide 3 x full time qualified service engineers. APW work with Rationel to provide an exemplary customer service where we aim to contact all service cases within 48 hours to book the required works and address any issues as promptly and professionally as possible. In assistance with Rationel we provide;
- New, clean and presentable vans that carry a stock of spare parts to enable quick resolution to most cases.
- Present a full report (built on a system by Rationel), that we can detail and send in on a daily basis with use of up to date tablets (3G equipped).
- We can provide extra labour if required for urgent cases to make sure these cases do not affect the usual lead times.
- We can provide out of warranty works for the customer which we can price directly.
- We can also carry out works direct for the main contractor because we normally have an account set up with them from our installation side of the business.
