I have been very impressed with the install and the care taken by the fitters and also the supervisor from APW. The care taken to check every single window is exceptional. The communication with Rational, the window provider and also the checking of fixings on site and the protection has been excellent along with the formal QA handovers.

Throughout the works, the communication with Lewis has been nothing short of exceptional. The ability to approach Lewis regardless of the query, both big and small with the same professional approach allows me to feel confident that programme, cost and service will be as expected on the programme. Lewis is also constantly checking up on the project and willing to go above to provide a 5 star service.
Both resident fitters have shown an excellent work ethos they are both hardworking and good communicators. Happily, have them both on my next scheme.
